International Service

You can use our International Service in all countries where IQOS is available and replace your defective device in the event of a valid warranty claim.Please note that your IQOS device needs to have been registered in order to obtain a free replacement.

If you want to use IQOS outside the Kyrgyz Republic, please follow the local regulations applicable to tobacco products. The import authorization for HEETS tobacco stick may vary depending on the country. When traveling abroad, you should check the local import regulations.
