Referral program allows IQOS/lil User* receive pleasant privileges every time their referral code is used by a Friend** to purchase their first device. Privileges depend on the number of successfully activated referral codes and the type of the device purchased by a Friend.

By using the User's referral code, a Friend could purchase his/her first IQOS ORIGINALS DUO at a special price of 3000 som or lil SOLID at a special price of 1500 som. 

*User - a person, who has reached 18 years of age or above, registered in IQOS/lil users' database

**Friend - a smoker or nicotine products user of 18 years of age or older, who is not a user of IQOS/lil system and would otherwise continue smoking or using nicotine products
Your referral code can be found at a special card, given by the consultant after first purchase; you can also find it out by reaching our call center at 1848, by writing direct message in instagram @kyrgyzstan_iqos or visiting "Referral program" page on iqos.com website 
You can share your referral code with your Friend in any convenient way. You can also share your code directly from the website - to WhatsApp or e-mail.

No, your Friend can simply tell the code to our consultant at check-out in official IQOS store during his/her first IQOS ORIGINALS DUO or lil SOLID purchase. 

After the purchase completion, the system will automatically detect that the purchase was made with the use of your referral code.

Only users of tobacco products of 18 years of age or older, registered in IQOS/lil users database, can take part in the referral program for Friends. 
No, the referral code special offer cannot be combined with other special offers at the official IQOS service points.
