How do I update my IQOS 3 DUO?
With the IQOS web app, you can update your IQOS 3 DUO to the latest version of the firmware in a few steps.
To update your IQOS 3 DUO device, start by connecting your device to the IQOS web app. To do this, login to your account and go to "My devices / Manage my IQOS".
iOS users: standard browsers don't allow you to connect via Bluetooth®, so you'll need to download the free Bluefy browser from the App Store. Bluefy is an Internet browser, just like Google Chrome or Safari. It connects your iPhone with our website via Bluetooth® to securely pair and manage your IQOS 3 DUO device. Bluefy is secure and convenient and won't take a lot of space on your phone. Make sure to keep Bluefy on your iPhone to access the IQOS web app whenever you want.
After the IQOS 3 DUO firmware upgrade is completed
1 . Turn on and off your pocket charger.
To turn on and off: press and hold IQOS pocket charger button for 4 seconds, then release. Holder status lights and pocket charger status lights will turn on slowly.
Fully charge the holder, both lights must light up with a short button press.
2. Start heating (without a compatible tobacco unit inside): press holder button until IQOS 3 DUO holder vibrates and lights pulse white.
3. Stop with button press.
4. Start second heating (without a compatible tobacco unit inside): press holder button until IQOS 3 DUO holder vibrates and lights pulse white.
5. Stop with button press.
6. Fully charge again the IQOS 3 DUO holder, both lights must light up with a short button press.
