What different services and privileges are available with IQOS Support and what are the requirements to benefit from them?

The services and privileges of IQOS Support are divided into three levels: 
  1. Basic services
  2. Extended services with device registration
  3. Additional advantages with IQOS Club membership
  • Basic Services: These services are available for every adult smoker or legal age user without an IQOS device registration. For example: our live chat, hotline, store finder, professional device cleaning in IQOS stores, our social media pages Facebook and YouTube and many more.
  • Extended Services with device registration: Create your customer account and register each of your IQOS devices to get access to further IQOS services. For example: IQOS trial month, software update with the IQOS app, online device diagnostic tool, accident damage coverage or international assistance.   • Additional privileges with IQOS Club membership: You’ve already registered your device? Then you can also register for the IQOS Club and look forward to unforgettable experiences, pre-sales, surprises and exclusive rewards in the IQOS Club. Share your experiences with friends** and benefit from our referral program.
