In addition, if you have a customer account at IQOS.com, you can check via the IQOS Web-App at any time whether you already have the latest software on your IQOS device. Further legal information:
We will provide you with regular software updates for your purchased IQOS device for at least two years from the date of delivery, so that the contractual condition is maintained and any security gaps are closed. If you do not carry out a software update expressly recommended by us or do not carry it out properly within a reasonable period of time, this releases Philip Morris GmbH from liability for a material defect which is solely due to the lack of the corresponding software update.
