How do I redeem a referral reward?

If another IQOS customer has sent you a code, you’ll need an account on IQOS.com to redeem it. To set it up, simply go through the registration process upon entering IQOS.com or meet with an IQOS Expert. Now, you can enter the code when you purchase your first IQOS device. If you’re considering a 14-day trial, put the code in when you sign up—if you decide to buy your IQOS ORIGINALS device during the trial, we’ll apply the discount at that point. In both cases, you’ll receive $30 off the final price.

To be able to share your code, you must register an IQOS device with us. Check your account on IQOS.com to confirm. If it isn’t registered, you can do it on your profile or call our IQOS Customer Care for help.

When a 21+ smoking friend uses your referral code to buy an IQOS ORIGINALS device, you’ll get a $30 voucher on your next order over $30 on IQOS.com or through our IQOS Experts. You can refer as many adult smokers (21+) as you like – up to 20 of them will get $30 off their first device – but you can only receive up to ten vouchers for referring each year.
