FAQs

HEETS are tobacco sticks designed to be used exclusively with the IQOS ORIGINALS. The device heats the tobacco inside the HEETS sticks with a ceramic blade in the Holder.

HEETS contains real tobacco but cannot be used like a cigarette. They cannot be lit with a match or a lighter.

There are five varieties of HEETS, each with a different taste profile.

1.     HEETS Bronze offers a rich and warm tobacco experience. A mellow and aromatic tobacco blend with a warm character.

2.     HEETS Red delivers a balanced and woody tobacco experience.  A rounded, toasted tobacco blend with woody nuances.

3.     HEETS Amber is a balanced and roasted tobacco experience. A rounded, toasted tobacco blend with slight woody nuances.

4.     HEETS Green provides a menthol and balanced tobacco experience. A balanced menthol coupled with a nuanced toasted tobacco blend.

5.     HEETS Blue offers a menthol and deep tobacco experience. A deep menthol combined with a mellow tobacco experience.

 

Insert your HEETS in the IQOS ORIGINALS Holder. Gently press the HEETS stick in, tobacco-side down, to the line on the filter. Wait 20 seconds for your device to heat it up and then you’re good to go.

Don’t twist your HEETS stick. That could damage the heating blade.

The tobacco stick will remain the same length after use but will change slightly in appearance after heating.

To remove a used HEETS, lift the Holder cap and pull the tobacco stick out. Remember, do not twist.

Tobacco sticks can be thrown away with regular trash or placed back in your pack (upside down—so you don’t accidentally grab a used stick). Don’t use a HEETS stick twice. They can’t be reused.

Each HEETS stick lasts up to 6 minutes or 14 puffs, whichever comes first.
