Trying IQOS for 14 days gives you the chance to swap out your cigarettes/vapes for IQOS and HEETS, so you can see for yourself the difference that IQOS can make. You can try IQOS and all five blends of HEETS for up to 14 days. You select a brand-new IQOS in the color of your choice. At the end of the trial—or at any point during it—you decide if you’d like to buy the IQOS ORIGINALS® device or return it. ​

To get you started off right, our IQOS Experts will take you through a virtual or in-person trial experience. They’ll tell you how to use the device, how to care for it, and how to get the most out of it.  ​

We’re here to help you throughout your trial. We’ll answer all your IQOS questions over text, phone call, in person, or even on our Facebook page.​


This 14-day experience costs just $20. If you choose to buy the IQOS ORIGINALS device after the trial, the cost is only $60. You can decide to return the IQOS ORIGINALS Device anytime during the 14-Day Trial period with no obligation to buy. As HEETS are not returnable by law, the $20 you initially paid is not refundable.​

To start the 14-day trial, you must use a credit card. For your convenience, we’ll charge the same card if you decide to keep the IQOS ORIGINALS after the trial period.

If you decide to return the IQOS ORIGINALS Device during or at the end of your 14-Day Trial period, simply tell us. Call an IQOS Care Expert or click “return” on your order in your account and we’ll send you a QR code. Scan it at a UPS store to print out a shipping label and mail the device back to us. Your QR code will be valid for 10 days. ​

It’s important to tell us if you’re returning the device so we don’tcharge you for the final payment on day 15. If you don’t let us know, we’ll assume you’re happy with your IQOS ORIGINALS device and process the final payment.​

If you informed us that you’re returning your device but have not actually sent it back to us within the 10-day period when your QR code is active, we’ll assume you changed your mind. We’ll then process your final payment for the IQOS ORIGINALS device. ​
Need a little more time? If you’re at the end of your 14-Day Trial and you still can’t decide, you can extend your trial once, for another 14 days, at no additional cost.  ​


If you want to extend, please let us know by or on day 14 of your original trial to avoid being charged on day 15.​
