lil HYBRID Ez Buyback

  1. The Buyback Program (“Program”) allows users of lil HYBRID Ez devices to receive a one-time RM129 rebate when they buy an IQOS ILUMA device, in exchange for their used and registered lil HYBRID Ez device.​
  2. The Program runs from 1st April 2024 to 30th September 2024. The Program period may change without prior notice.​
  3. Users’ eligibility to participate in this Program:
    1. A lil HYBRID Ez user aged over 18 years old;
    2. Registered user and his/her used lil HYBRID Ez device is linked in our IQOS database;
    3. Residing in Malaysia.​
       
  4. A user can return up to two (2) units of lil HYBRID Ez devices.
  5. After the RM129 rebate is utilised for the purchase of an IQOS ILUMA device, the new device should be linked to the user in our IQOS database.
  6. The RM129 rebate is only applicable to IQOS ILUMA device purchases and will not be applicable to any accessories or consumables purchases.​
  7. The RM129 rebate is applicable on top of any ongoing device promotions.
  8. With the exception of the birthday vouchers, the RM129 rebate is not stackable with other vouchers or programs offered by the company.
  9. Any amount spent on purchases below the RM129 rebate is not refundable.
  10. The Program is only available in our IQOS Authorised Stores and IQOS.com. To participate in the Program on IQOS.com, kindly contact our Customer Care at 1800-81-0958​
  11. The RM129 voucher code shared via participation on IQOS.com is only valid until 30th September 2024.
