The Referral program for Friends* allows the User** of IQOS/lil devices** to receive incentives when his referral code is used by a Friend to purchase his first device. Incentives depend on the number of activated codes:

- 600 som for the first successful redemption of your referral code

- 300 som for each of the following four successful redemptions

- And the most active participants of the program can become owners of additional incentives!

Using the User's referral code, a Friend will be able to purchase his first IQOS ILUMA PRIME for 8600 som, IQOS ILUMA for 4500 som, IQOS ILUMA ONE for 2800 som or lil SOLID 1500 som.

*A friend is a smoker or user of nicotine products who has reached the age of 18 years and older, is not a user of the IQOS/lil system and would otherwise continue to smoke or use nicotine products.

Your referral code can be found by contacting the IQOS customer support at 1848 or by logging in on the website iqos.com and going to the "Referral Program" tab.
You can share your referral code with your Friend in any convenient way. You can also share your code directly from the website - to WhatsApp or e-mail.

No, your Friend can simply tell the code to our consultant at check-out in official IQOS store during his/her first IQOS or lil purchase.

After the purchase completion, the system will automatically detect that the purchase was made with the use of your referral code.
Bonuses are credited when applying your referral code only for the first 5 times. The accrual may take several business days. If you still have questions, you can call 1848 or contact the official IQOS stores.
Only users of tobacco products of 18 years of age or older, registered in IQOS/lil users database, can take part in the referral program for Friends.
No, the referral code offer can not be combined with other offers at the official IQOS stores.
