IQOS ILUMA & ILUMA i Firmware License

These terms between you ("you") and the entity identified in the Terms and Conditions under this iqos.com webpage (“We”) apply to your use of the firmware ("Firmware") included in your IQOS ILUMA or IQOS ILUMA i device ("Device"). They set out rights and restrictions affecting your use of the Firmware.

License. You may use the Firmware together with the Device solely in order to ensure proper operation of the Device for your personal use, but for no other purpose (except to the extent necessary for you to exercise any right which cannot be excluded by law).

Open-Source Software. The Firmware contains third party open-source software as set out below which, where stated, may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

For each Component: Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without modification, are permitted provided that the following conditions are met:

Personal use only. The Device is for personal use only. If you sell, give away or dispose of the Device, your rights to use the Firmware shall cease. Any license to the Firmware under these terms shall transfer with the Device such that any new owner of the Device shall be bound by these terms.

Which laws apply to this Agreement. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Device is sold.
