We design and build IQOS with care. Every IQOS device comes with a 1-year IQOS warranty from the date of purchase*
What's covered:
Device malfunction: We'll fix factory faults during the warranty period.
Faulty components: We'll replace defective parts or materials.
What's not covered:
Normal wear and tear, such as scratches and dents, etc.
Accidental damage on your part.
Theft or loss of your IQOS device.
Support for non-genuine parts.

FAQs about IQOS warranty
IQOS warranty covers the repair or replacement of your Holder and/or Pocket Charger of IQOS ILUMA products that have a manufacturing defect, assuming the product is used in accordance with the associated User Guide, in addition and without prejudice to all rights and remedies provided by the law. Terms and conditions apply.
Upon device registration, all IQOS devices can benefit from International Assistance for device defects when you travel abroad.
The IQOS warranty does not cover:
Uninterrupted and error-free functionality of the product.
Malfunction and/or damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the ageing of this product.
Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, broken plastic, etc.), that does not impact the functionality of the product.
Damage caused by misuse, power surge, improper handling, liquid contact, or fire.
Malfunction due to use with non-compatible products, manufactured either by Philip Morris International or third-party manufacturers.
Damage or malfunction caused by attempts to open, modify (including modifications to the firmware) and repair, either by a user or by a service provider not accredited by the manufacturer.
Damage or malfunction caused by failure to use as described in the associated IQOS User Guide or in contravention of the firmware license agreement.
IQOS Holder and/or Pocket Charger battery performance degradation. The Holder and/or Pocket Charger batteries are consumable parts and their performance degradation and use over time is not a manufacturing or a workmanship defect and is excluded from this warranty.
Product containing fully or partially non-genuine parts.
Product for which serial numbers have been removed or altered.

Every IQOS device comes with 1 year of IQOS warranty coverage when purchased, which doesn’t need to be activated. Other support services like IQOS extended warranty require activation by linking your device to your customer profile. Not only will you get enhanced coverage, but also dedicated support and the ability to track the warranty status for all your registered devices.
