Does IQOS ILUMA i come with a warranty?
Yes. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase of the IQOS ILUMA i™ device (portable charger and heating element) in your country. The warranty can be extended from 12 months to 24 months if you register your device within 30 calendar days of purchase.
- This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the heating element and/or charger of IQOS ILUMA i™ brand products that have material or manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover electronic accessories, the power adapter, or the charging cable.
- If repair is not possible, a replacement with a product or component of equivalent functionality will be provided. To the extent permitted by local law, the color and/or model of the replacement is subject to the availability of that color and/or model. The provisions of this warranty are only valid in the country of purchase.
What are the warranty terms for IQOS ILUMA i?
- The warranty lasts 12 months from the date of purchase of the IQOS ILUMA i™ device (pocket charger and holder) in your country.
- The warranty covers repair or replacement of the holder and/or charger of IQOS ILUMA i™ products that have material or manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover electronic accessories, power adapters, or charging cables.
- If repair is not possible, a replacement with an equivalent‑function product or component will be provided. Depending on local laws, the color/model may vary based on availability.
- The warranty terms are valid only in the country of purchase.
