Check that the battery is charged and that the TEREA tobacco heating unit is correctly inserted up to the filter line. If the device does not detect the tobacco unit, remove it, wait a few seconds, and reinsert it. If the problem persists, restart your device.
Store your device in a dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and sources of extreme heat or cold. Do not leave it plugged in for long periods of time or inside a hot vehicle.
IQOS ILUMA i devices heat tobacco through induction, not through contact with a foil. Therefore, they only work with tobacco units featuring SMARTCORE technology.
Used units are darker in color. New units remain clean. Do not reuse used units, as they will not heat properly.
The device will not activate, as it only recognizes units with SMARTCORE technology. Remove it and use a unit that is compatible with IQOS ILUMA i.
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean it. Avoid using water, alcohol, or abrasive products that could damage the finish.
Yes. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase of the IQOS ILUMA i™ device (portable charger and heating element) in your country. The warranty can be extended from 12 months to 24 months if you register your device within 30 calendar days of purchase.
- This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the heating element and/or charger of IQOS ILUMA i™ brand products that have material or manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover electronic accessories, the power adapter, or the charging cable.
- If repair is not possible, a replacement with a product or component of equivalent functionality will be provided. To the extent permitted by local law, the color and/or model of the replacement is subject to the availability of that color and/or model. The provisions of this warranty are only valid in the country of purchase.
