Win a 4 day curated trip to Seoul, South Korea with IQOS

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the 'Win a 4 day curated trip to Seoul, South Korea with IQOS' Competition (the “Competition"), which shall be held between 27th July 2026 to 24th August 2026 (the “Term”) and is organized by Green Emerald Company LLC, a company with limited liability, with commercial registration number 33381, having our registered address at P.O Box 44001, Kurdistan, Republic of Iraq (the “Organizer”, also referred to as “we”, “us” and “our”).

2. Eligibility Rules & Entry

2.1 Subject to these Terms and Conditions and the applicable laws, the Competition is open for participation of any legal-age smoker who meet all the following criteria (the “Participant”, also referred to as “you” or “yours”):

  • a. Resides in Iraq;
  • b. Is a legal age IQOS user with an IQOS Iluma I device registered in Iraq
  • c. Is subscribed to the Telegram bot operated by the Organizer (the “Bot”) and in which the tasks to participate in the Competition will be proposed; and
  • d. Elects to participate in the Competition by completing one or more tasks (the “Tasks”) proposed by the Organizer.

2.2 By completing one or more Tasks and consequently participating in the Competition, you fully agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions without any reservation.

2.3 Participation in the Competition is prohibited to those who do not meet the conditions set forth in Section 2.1 and 2.2 of these Terms and Conditions, the Organizer's employees and their family members, or any other individual which applicable laws may prevent their participation.

3. Tasks and Draw

3.1 The Tasks correspond to 04 (four) questions Participants will receive through the Bot during the Term. The questions will cover characteristics and related information about all ILUMA i device, TEREA products and Seoul, South Korea.

3.2 For each question there will be a correct answer. Every correct answer corresponds to one entry the Participant will have to a draw which will take place at the end of the Competition (the “Draw”). Questions shall be answered correctly until 09.00 PM of August 24, 2026 (Iraq time) for the corresponding entry to be deemed valid and be considered in the Draw.

To illustrate, if Participant answers only 01 out of 04 questions and answer it incorrectly, then the Participant won’t have any entries to the Draw; if Participant answers 03 out of 04 questions (03 correctly and 01 incorrectly), then the Participant will have three entries to the Draw, and so forth.

3.3 The enrolment in the Competition and completion of tasks do not guarantee a win of any of the prizes in the Draw.

3.4 The enteries for the raffle will enter the draw each week i.e. on August 03, August 10, August 17 and August 25 2026 the Draw will be conducted by the Organizer through a digital randomizer and 5 (five) winning entries will be selected. Each winning entry will correspond to 01 (one) prize. Each week 1 winner will be announced and during the final week of the competition 2 winners will be announced.

  • a. The Organizer may disqualify any Participant from the Competition and remove its corresponding entry from the Draw (or disqualify them as a winner in the event their entry was selected in the Draw) in case (i) the Organizer learns that the Participant has violated these Terms and Conditions or the applicable laws related to the Competition, or if there is any evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud or irregularities committed by the Participant; and/or (ii) the Organizer’s ability to grant a prize to a particular Participant are in any way affected or restricted due to applicable laws or regulation.
  • b. Each Participant is eligible to win the Competition only once. If more than one entry by the same Participant is selected in the Draw, additional selected entries by the Participant will be disqualified until a new unique winner is selected.
  • c. There will be no liability of any sort to the Organizer for acting accordingly to what is prescribed under Sections 3.3.1 and 3.3.2 of these Terms and Conditions, and any other part of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

3.5 The Organizer will use the Bot to communicate to each Participant on whether they’ve won the Competition or not until September 11, 2026.

4. Prizes

4.1 The Organizer will arrange for visa, tickets, stay and itenerary (from 3rd November to 6th November 2026) for the winners during the planned trip prize.

4.2 The Organizer will use the Bot to communicate to each Winner the locations in which the Winner may collect their Prize, and the deadline for the Winner do so.

4.3 The Prize will only be delivered to the Winner upon (i) the presentation by the Winner of the documents required by the Organizer to confirm the Winner’s identity; and (ii) a simultaneous the signature, by the Winner, of a written statement confirming it has collected the Prize.

4.4 In the event the Winner fails to collect the Prize within the deadline provided by the Organizer, fails to present the required documentation when doing so or fails to sign a term confirming the Prize’s collection, then the prize will be forfeited. In that event, the Winner shall lose any rights it may have in respect to the Prize and will no longer be able to claim it, without any liability arising to the Organizer as a result.

4.5 The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it necessary to do so.

4.6 The Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and no cash alternative will be available. The Winner will be the only person entitled to the Prize and to its collection.

5. Publicity

5.1 By participating in the Competition, you agree to give us and Philip Morris International or any of its affiliates the right to record your image, likeness and voice by audio-visual means (including taking photographs and making sound and video recordings by any person authorized by us) (the “Images”); and use the Images, your name, and/or refer to you, in internal and external materials, presentations and publications related to the Competition, irrespective of media type (e.g. printed, electronic, digital).

5.2 You confirm that you are providing this consent voluntarily and of your own free will. You are unaware of any person whose interests may be adversely affected by the exercise of the rights granted in this consent. This consent does not in any way conflict with any existing commitments or other representations on your part.

6. Personal Information

6.1 By participating in the Competition, you consent to the eventual collection, use, and processing of your personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the Competition and awarding the Prizes.

6.2 Participants and Winners’ personal information will be processed according to the Organizer’s Privacy Policy, which is available in was made available during participant’s subscription to the Bot.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 The Organizers are not responsible for rejection of Visa to South Korea

7.2 The Organizers will support with the visa process but are not liable for the autheticity of the required documentation.

7.3 The trip duration and dates are not subject to change by the winners. 

7.4 The Organizers are not responsible for the Winner's passport validity, travel insurance, medical requirements.

8. General Terms

8.1 The Organizer reserved the right to cancel, amend, or revoke the Tasks, Draw, the Competition as a whole and these Terms and Conditions without prior notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of our control such as natural disasters, civil or military events, catastrophes.

8.2 The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions irrespective of any prior notice to Participants.

8.4 In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the Competition, its results, and any other matters relating to the Draw, the decision of the Organizer shall be final.

8.5 These Terms and Conditions, the Competition, its results, and any other matters relating to the Draw shall be governed by the laws of Kurdistan Region, Republic of Iraq.
