IQOS CLUB is IQOS’s adult user loyalty program. It’s intended for IQOS users who want to enhance their customer experience and become part of the IQOS community.

As a member of IQOS CLUB, you will obtain a series of benefits, including member pricing, a yearly birthday offer, free standard delivery for orders over £30 and free next-day delivery for orders over £70, and access to exclusive events & experiences. You will also be the first to hear about new product launches.

Registering for IQOS CLUB is simple. To join, make sure you follow these steps:
· Register for an IQOS account (here, you’ll have to prove you’re over 18 years old)
· Register your IQOS device · Visit https://www.iqos.com/gb/en/iqos-club.html and follow the ‘Join Now’ instructions we provide
· Accept the IQOS CLUB terms & conditions
· Login and start taking advantage of the different member benefits
As soon as you’ve successfully activated your IQOS CLUB membership - whether it be online or at your nearest IQOS store – you can immediately benefit from being an IQOS CLUB member.

To join IQOS CLUB, you must register your IQOS device. Once registered, you are eligible to join IQOS CLUB.
You can register your device in your IQOS user profile. Simply go to "My devices" on your profile and click on "Register device". If you’ve purchased your device on IQOS.com, it will be registered automatically. If you purchased your device from one of our distributors, you should register your device yourself. No, your IQOS CLUB membership will remain active as long as you have at least one IQOS device registered to your account, you do not opt-out from the program, or your membership has not been suspended or terminated.

If you cancel your IQOS CLUB membership, your benefits will be forfeited and your access to the IQOS CLUB website will be blocked.

Even though IQOS CLUB is available in a number of countries, the benefits may differ from country to country. Currently, your IQOS CLUB membership is only valid in the country in which you are registered. If you move to another country, you must register as an IQOS customer there and join IQOS CLUB there and your benefits and badges will not transfer.

With the launch of the new IQOS CLUB, the old points system and membership levels (Silver/Gold/Platinum) have been fully retired. You will no longer see points or your membership level in your account. However, you will still continue to receive the benefits associated with your previous membership level (member pricing, free delivery and birthday offer). These benefits have been carried over into the new IQOS CLUB.
The second device offer associated with the previous IQOS CLUB will not be carried over into the new IQOS CLUB. As stated in the previous IQOS CLUB T&Cs, this benefit was only available to IQOS CLUB members that met all eligibility criteria on or before 27 March 2026.

All you need to do is to log into the new IQOS CLUB. This will ensure your current benefits will continue to apply automatically (member pricing, free delivery and birthday offer).

No. The new IQOS CLUB does not use points or membership levels. Instead, the programme focuses on badges and benefits unlocked by completing actions associated with these badges.

IQOS CLUB badges are digital badges that are awarded to IQOS CLUB members when they complete a specific action or a series of specific actions as part of IQOS CLUB. For example, IQOS CLUB members can earn a badge by making a purchase on IQOS.com. IQOS CLUB members can find an overview of all available badges on the IQOS CLUB page, in the “My Badges” section.
There are 3 types of IQOS CLUB badges:
1. One-off badges: these badges can only be earned once and do not expire
2. Always-on badges: these badges can be earned once per calendar year (from January 1 to 31 December) and reset every calendar year. IQOS CLUB members cannot carry these badges or the reward associated with them over to the next calendar year.
3. Occasional badges: these badges can only be earned once during specific campaign periods; they have predefined start and end dates which are communicated separately for each occasional badge

A single-level badge is a badge that requires IQOS CLUB members to only complete a single action in order to unlock the badge. A multi-level badge is a badge that requires IQOS CLUB members to complete multiple actions in order to unlock the badge.

No, not all badges unlock a reward. Some just recognise a specific action or a specific series of actions.

You can find a list of all available badges on the IQOS CLUB page, in the “My Badges” section.

Each badge has a specific action or set of actions that need to be completed in order for the badge to be unlocked. The actions required to unlock each badge are listed on the IQOS CLUB page in the “My Badges” section under each badge.

It may take up to 48 hours from the moment the action required to unlock a specific badge is completed for the specific badge to be unlocked.

There is no change to how orders and shipments are tracked after becoming an IQOS CLUB member.

IQOS CLUB members get free standard delivery on IQOS.com orders over £30 and free next-day delivery on IQOS.com orders over £70.
In order to qualify for next-day delivery on IQOS.com orders over £70, IQOS CLUB Members must place their order before 8 PM and must be based in UK mainland.

To opt-out of IQOS CLUB, all you have to do is log into your IQOS.com account, go to the “My Account” section, click on “My Details” and untick the “IQOS CLUB” toggle. Please note that by opting out of IQOS CLUB, you will be deactivating your membership and therefore will no longer have access to any current or future CLUB-related benefits, badges or rewards.
