1. Damage caused by normal usage.
2. Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, impacts, broken plastic, etc.).
3. Damage caused by misuse, overvoltage, improper handling, contact with liquids or fire.
4. Malfunction due to use with a non-compatible product.
5. Damage or malfunction caused by attempted opening, modification or repair by a user or service provider not authorized by the manufacturer.
6. Damage or malfunctions caused by an operating fault reported in the associated IQOS User Guide.
