If your order does not correspond to your request, we invite you to return it to us.
To do this, go to your personal space, click on "My Orders", select the order concerned, and request your prepaid return slip by clicking on "Return this order" and going to the end of all the steps indicated.
All products must be returned in working order and in their entirety.
