Returns information
• You may return unopened items sold and fulfilled by IQOS.co.uk within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

• All returns are inspected upon receipt, and appropriate refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

In store
Take your item to an official UK IQOS store with your order confirmation or invoice and the card used to make the purchase.

By post
Contact IQOS Care to arrange your return. Complete the return sections of your delivery note and include it in your parcel, attaching the pre-paid Royal Mail Returns postage label provided. Please obtain a receipt as proof of postage.

Collect+
Contact IQOS Care to arrange your return. Complete the returns section of the delivery note and include it in your parcel, attaching the pre-paid Collect+ Returns postage label provided. You can find your nearest drop point by visiting the Collect+ website.

The warranty of the IQOS device is valid for 1 year from the purchase date. The purchase receipt is the warranty certificate. In order for us to assist you, we recommend that you register your device online. As well as your 12-month warranty, register your IQOS device online to benefit from care you can count on, including our accidental damage cover and free, next-day replacements.*

The IQOS ILUMA PRIME holder is designed to provide 2 consecutive experiences and up to 20 uses from a fully charged Pocket Charger, each lasting up to 6 minutes or 14 puffs (whichever comes first). 

To signal the last 30 seconds or last 2 puffs, IQOS ILUMA PRIME will vibrate once with 1 light pulsing white. The experience will end as soon as the light turns off. 

IQOS ILUMA PRIME™ devices are designed to be used only with SMARTCORE STICKS™. There is no heating element to heat your HEETS™ stick with IQOS ILUMA PRIME™. An IQOS ILUMA™ device can only be activated by a SMARTCORE STICK™ so it will not start if anything other than a SMARTCORE STICK™ is inserted.  With the SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™ technology, there is no blade in the Holder but instead a metal heating element is placed inside the SMARTCORE STICK™. 

Your experience with IQOS ILUMA PRIME™ with SMARTCORE STICKS™ lasts up to 6 mins or 14 puffs, whichever comes first. While the device offers up to 20 experiences per full charge, fewer experiences are not unusual and do not necessarily mean the device is faulty in any way.
