Using IQOS is easy. Here are the basics:

  • Insert a HEETS tobacco stick into the holder, tobacco side down.
  • Press the holder button until it vibrates to start heating.
  • The light will pulse while heating.
  • The device will vibrate, and the light will stop blinking when it’s ready.
  • A solid light and a vibration will confirm that the holder is ready.
  • Then, use it as you would use a cigarette.
  • When you’re finished, slide the cap up until it clicks and remove the HEETS stick.
