How does the referral program for your friends (21+ adult smokers) work?

Did you know, that every registered legal aged IQOS user has a referral code for friends?
Important: when we talk about an IQOS discount for friends, we're only talking about legal age (21+) nicotine users.

How to check if you have your own referral code? 

Easy! If you are registered on iqos.com and have a linked device in your profile – you have a referral code. 

Where to find your referral code? 

You can find your personal code on your profile on IQOS.com or in our follow-up emails.  Still can’t find the code? No worries. Just text us or call at 1-844-275-4767 and we will help you out with finding your code. 

What is the discount amount for a friend's first purchase?

The discount amount is $30.

What do I get for referring?

Once your friend purchases an IQOS ORIGINALS device, you will also receive a voucher for $30. You can use it online on IQOS.com. It’s easy: give $30, get $30.

How and where can a friend use the IQOS discount code? 

The discount code can be used on iqos.com or when purchasing from IQOS Experts. 

If ordering online on our website, first add items to the cart, then specify your promo code in the "Promo code" field in the cart. Just make sure if your friend wants to try the product first for a 14-day trial, they need use the code when ordering the trial kit. The discount will be applied automatically if the person decides to keep it after 14 days.

How to get an IQOS discount if this is not my first device?

You won't be able to use a friend's discount if you already have an IQOS. This discount only applies to the first purchase.  

How many times will my code work?

You will be rewarded for the first 10 friends who buy. But referral never stops – you can use the code more than 10 times anyway. :)
