Terms & Conditions

I. GENERAL

1. The IQOS SUKI CARD with details provided in Sections II and III below (“Offer”) is open to legal age smokers or users of other nicotine-containing products who are at least 18 years old (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) and above residing in the Philippines (“Customer”), and who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products.

2. The Offer can be availed at identified retailers who have been selected by PMFTC to be the “participating retailers” and are officially selling HEETS and/or has an IQOS activation booths found at the retailer’s store location. These retailers are customers of the PMFTC Direct Selling & Distribution Team. This Offer is being carried out by Activ Asia Inc, (“AAI”), an authorized distributor of PMFTC products.

3. The Offer period of the IQOS SUKI CARD is from September 19, 2022 – October 31, 2022. The Offer is valid during the program period of the IQOS SUKI CARD. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.

4. The Offer is valid within the Offer period for 30 days upon activation date of the IQOS SUKI CARD. The activation date shall be indicated on the IQOS SUKI CARD. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.

5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.

6. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts to participate in the Offer are disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.

7. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity.

8. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

10. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

II. MECHANICS

1. Every Customer who has purchased their IQOS device at participating retailers / IQOS activation booth located at the participating retailer location is entitled to one (1) IQOS SUKI CARD (“Card”).

2. The Offer entitles the Customer on the following:

Applicable to the IQOS SUKI CARD stick engagement card only:

o Buy six (6) HEETS sticks for only Php 35 pesos.

Applicable to the IQOS SUKI CARD pack engagement card only:

o Buy one (1) HEETS pack for only Php 120 pesos..

Upon completion of all IQOS SUKI CARD tasks, the completed card is validated by the IQOS Coach and duly signed by the designated retailer representative, and only then can the Customer claim one (1) free HEETS pack. The duly signed & completed IQOS SUKI CARD is surrendered by the Customer to the participating retailer then collected by the authorized representative of AAI.

3. The discounts and free goods offered in the Card can only be claimed when the Customer has completed each task indicated in the Card. Each task completed should be validated by the IQOS Coach and duly signed by the designated retailer representative.

4. The Card is non-transferrable. It cannot be exchange for cash. The Card cannot be used as payment for HEETS pack/ream, an IQOS Device or any IQOS accessories.

5. Card can only be used in selected sari-sari stores and/or IQOS booths.

6. During the use of the Card and any purchase transaction related to it, the Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID during engagement. The following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

III. OTHERS

1. The IQOS.com website may be subject to possible technical and system issues. We will provide the necessary notice to the Customers if such is the case.

2. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.

3. Customers in the Offer agree and confirm the following:

that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer;
that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;
that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
