What do the lights on my IQOS mean?

The different lights in IQOS tell us the status of the Holder and the Charger. They light up depending on: the battery status, if a reset is being performed, if the device is outside the operating temperature range or if there is a malfunction. If the light is blinking red, reset your device. If issue persists, please contact IQOS Customer Care at Facebook.com/ph.iqos.
