How to order an IQOS device?

 

We recommend to login or register first before you begin shopping for a smoother experience. After choosing the product, select the quantity* you want and then «Add to cart».

*Subject to the limitations in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

A message will appear to let you know that the product you selected has been added to your cart.

 

By selecting "View Cart", you can proceed with reviewing your Shopping Cart. You can also click on the Shopping Bag icon if the message has disappeared. On the other hand, you will proceed to Checkout by selecting "One Click Buy".

If you mistakenly entered a product into your cart, select "Remove" under the single product. If you have incorrectly entered the quantities, use the plus or minus icons below the product to modify them, this way your cart will be updated automatically.

If you have a discount code, you can enter it on the shopping cart page in the section "Enter the promo code” and click “Submit code: a message will appear to inform you of the correct entry. To proceed with the payment, select "Checkout" if you are in the Shopping Bag, or select “Place Order” when you are already at the Checkout page.

Enter your details and your shipping address and finally choose the payment method you want to use. At this point you will be directed to the final page with a summary of your data. To conclude the order, click on “Place Order”.

Afterwards, you will receive two emails: the first communication will include the summary of the order and confirmation of payment; the second communication will include the link to track and monitor your shipment. If not received, try checking in the Spam folder.

Do I need to be a registered user to order?

To place an order on IQOS.com, you must be a registered user. You can register directly on our website. Once this is completed, you can start your purchases and take advantage of many other advantages, such as easier and faster checkout once you have saved your customer's details, dedicated assistance service, and more. Checkout other benefits of becoming a registered user.

If you already have an IQOS account, instead, it will be sufficient to click on "Login", then enter the email address and password or your mobile phone number defined at the time of registration.

Forgot your password? Click on "Forgot your password?" To receive an email that will allow you to create a new one.

Can I order over the phone?

No, but it's easy to purchase IQOS products in our website. For more information, you may contact our IQOS Customer Care.

What options do I have for delivery? Is there a cut-off for same day delivery?

The Products are delivered to the address provided when ordering within identified cities in the Philippines, exclusively.

The following methods of delivery are available:

1. Same Day Delivery (Metro Manila/Laguna/Batangas/Cebu/Rizal/Pampanga/Cavite/La Union)

Order from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm to receive your order within the day. Same day delivery is limited within Metro Manila/Laguna/Batangas/Cebu/Rizal/Pampanga/Cavite/La Union. Orders placed beyond 3:00 pm will be delivered in the following day. In case of any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, rest assured that you will be informed as soon as your order is scheduled to be delivered.

Orders from these select cities will be delivered within 3-12 business days depending on the location. In case of any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, rest assured that you will be informed as soon as your order is scheduled to be delivered.
