Same Day Delivery (Metro Manila/Laguna/Batangas/Cebu/Rizal/Pampanga/Cavite/La Union)

Order from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm to receive your order within the day. Same day delivery is limited within Metro Manila/Laguna/Batangas/Cebu/Rizal/Pampanga/Cavite/La Union. Orders placed beyond 3:00 pm will be delivered in the following day. In case of any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, rest assured that you will be informed as soon as your order is scheduled to be delivered.

BLENDS is available in Metro Manila only. BLENDS orders from outside Metro Manila will be cancelled.

You may return unopened IQOS products purchased in IQOS.COM within 7 days for a full refund. Proof of purchase is required.

 

All returns are inspected upon receipt, and appropriate refunds will be processed.
