IQOS CLUB is the Loyalty program available for IQOS users. IQOS CLUB allows members to collect badges based on completed engagement, where said badges can give benefits such as discounts on devices and accessories, vouchers from our partners, access to exclusive events and much more.
You can become a member of IQOS CLUB in three simple steps:
1- Create or login to your account on iqos.com.
2- Make sure you have at least one device linked to your account.
3- Accept IQOS CLUB terms & conditions.

1. What are badges?
A badge is a digital recognition, awarded to members for completing a specific action or a set of actions within a defined eligibility period, which may unlock associated benefits as determined by Philip Morris Misr and the program mechanics.

2. Where did my points go?
We are redefining the IQOS CLUB program mechanics from points collection to badge collection. Complete engagements to unlock badges and get various benefits from different badges. If you had a remaining balance from the previous version of IQOS CLUB, a corresponding badge under the name "Legacy Points" was already unlocked for you with some or all the amount of points you had.
3. How do I claim my benefits from unlocking a badge?
You can claim your reward from the "Rewards" page within IQOS CLUB. Most badges have one or more types of rewards to choose from and a few are just recognition badges with no assigned rewards.

4. Will I be able to still redeem my benefits if I missed its eligibility period?
Every badge and reward have a corresponding expiry period after which you will not be able to redeem.
