The new CLUB is a badge-based loyalty program, where you earn badges by completing specific actions, such as participating in IQOS programs, consuming content on iqos.com, or exploring IQOS services and events to unlock rewards.
Instead of collecting points, the new badge-based system has you earning badges to unlock rewards and benefits.
Your existing points as of date February 8, 2026 will be moved to a Legacy badge where you will be able to redeem your points at our 3rd party partners similar to the old CLUB mechanics
An IQOS CLUB badge is a recognition you earn by completing specific actions within the loyalty program. For example, you might earn a badge by making a purchase, participating in an event, or completing a certain task. Once you earn a badge, rewards or privileges are unlocked.
It can take up to 48 hours for your action to be reflected.
