A white LED indicates that your IQOS 3 Multi is performing one of multiple operations (such as charging or resetting), or that it is ready for use or fully charged.
A red light indicates that there is an error on the device.
The LED is blinking white:
The device is being operated outside the suitable temperature range (between 0°C and 50°C). Try to warm the device in your hand for about 1 minute, or let it cool down.
The LED is blinking red:
There is a malfunction. If your device has a solid or blinking red LED, please reset your device, perform a firmware update with the IQOS app or launch the online-diagnostic tool.
