As soon as a new update is available for your device, we’ll inform you by email. Also, if you have a customer account on IQOS.com, using the IQOS App you can always check if your device has the latest software installed. You can run the check without an account here.

From the date of purchase, we make available regular software updates for at least two years, in order to maintain the contractual state of operation of your device and fix any eventual safety issues. Should you fail to install one of our expressly recommended software updates within a reasonable time period, Philip Morris GmbH takes no responsibility for a material defect, that can solely be traced back to the failure to update the software.
