Your IQOS Points will be credited to your account within 48 hours of purchase. You can find the account with your IQOS Points in the IQOS Club.

The IQOS Friends Code is a 17-digit personal code that is provided to every IQOS user with an IQOS registered device in his/her profile. If an IQOS user recommends IQOS to his/her friends* and shares his/her IQOS Friends Code with them, both will receive a bonus:
The friends* get a discount on their first IQOS kit with the IQOS friends code. To receive the discount, they must enter the code when making a purchase on IQOS.com, in the IQOS Store or from the IQOS customer service representative. The discount will be deducted directly at the time of purchase. You can pass on your personal IQOS friends code to friends up to 50 successful referrals.
The IQOS user will receive IQOS Points for each successful recommendation. IQOS Points will be credited within 48 hours after purchase.
Attention: If you cannot find your IQOS friend code, please make sure that you have registered your device in your IQOS profile.

IQOS is a product designed exclusively for adult smokers who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products.
Consequently, the IQOS Friendship Code may only be given to adult smokers.
You can redeem the IQOS friends code in the IQOS online store. To enter the code in the shopping cart or on the order page, you must be logged in to your IQOS customer profile, i.e. have an account on IQOS.com. As soon as you have placed a product in the shopping cart, you can enter the code in the field "Enter voucher code" and confirm with "Enter code". The purchase amount will be reduced automatically.
Please note that vouchers cannot be combined. For the final purchase and thus to redeem your voucher code, you must log in or register on IQOS.com.
If your friend* has entered and confirmed your IQOS friends code when purchasing his/her first IQOS kit, you will receive your IQOS Points within 48 hours. You can exchange them for attractive rewards in the IQOS Club rewards store.
If your friend tries IQOS first with the IQOS trial month, you will receive your IQOS Points as soon as your friend has decided to use IQOS.
