Why can't the Holder be connected to the IQOS app alone?

Only the Pocket Charger can be connected to the PC via a USB cable or connected via Bluetooth. The Holder alone does not have this functionality.
To change the Holder settings or to update the firmware of the Holder, the Holder must be inserted in the Pocket Charger. 
Here, the charging status of the charger must be observed. If the charging status appears to be too low, it must be charged for at least 20 minutes with the original IQOS charging cable and adapter at a power outlet. A laptop cannot provide the required power.

Please note: If the Holder was not connected to the Charger from the beginning and you want to adjust the settings for the Holder or update the firmware, your IQOS must be reconnected.
