1. Overview of IQOS CLUB

1.1 IQOS CLUB is a status-based program (IQOS CLUB/Program) for adult IQOS users 18  years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Program) and residing in the Philippines who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products (You/Customer).

1.2 Through IQOS CLUB, you are able to collect Status Points by participating in certain tasks or activities, and in return we offer you Benefits including one-of-a-kind events and experiences, a chance to win prizes and get special offers.

1.3 All services under the IQOS Club and other related programs are only currently available in the National Capital Region (NCR) and key cities in the Philippines (for complete list visit www.iqos.com/ph/en/news/you-can-buy-iqos-now-in-select-areas-nationwide.html) , and also subject to the applicable community quarantine restrictions, local government regulations, national law and other applicable government regulations issued from time to time.

1.4 This Program is being carried out by PMFTC Inc. (or “PMFTC”) in cooperation with ActivAsia Inc. (or “AAI”) as an authorized distributor.

1.5 We use certain defined terms in these Terms which are in bold. A list of these defined terms is provided at section 15.

2. Application of Terms

2.1 These terms and conditions (Terms) are applicable to and govern your participation in the IQOS CLUB program (IQOS CLUB). You should read these Terms carefully as they affect your legal rights and govern your relationship with PMFTC (PMCTC/ We).

2.2 If you do not agree (or cannot comply) with these Terms, then you are not permitted to participate in IQOS CLUB. 

2.3 You agree to be bound by these Terms by:

(i) registering for IQOS CLUB pursuant to section 4.1; and

(ii) by using Benefits of IQOS CLUB.  If you register more than one Device, you will still only have one IQOS CLUB membership. If we change these Terms, and you then use Benefits of IQOS CLUB, or you register another Device, you agree to be bound by the changed Terms.

2.4 By agreeing to be bound by these Terms pursuant to section 2.3, the Customer is automatically enrolled and becomes a member of IQOS Club.

2.5 Your acceptance of these Terms is deemed to occur in the country of your registered residence as per our IQOS database.

2.6 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and the mechanics, Benefits of IQOS CLUB upon notice at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be announced accordingly. If you do not agree to any such amendments, you may terminate your membership of IQOS CLUB.

2.7 We also reserve the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these Terms without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war.

2.8 No modification of these Terms by you is permitted unless PMFTC expressly agrees in writing.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Your use of IQOS CLUB is at our discretion and we may refuse your application for any reason. We may also terminate your right to use IQOS CLUB for any reason including if you breach any of these Terms.

3.2 You are only eligible for membership of IQOS CLUB if: (i) you are an IQOS user aged 18 years old and above (as of the date of your participation in the Program) residing in the Philippines who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products; and (ii) you are registered in our IQOS database.

3.3 IQOS CLUB membership is only open to living persons. Companies, partnerships, unincorporated associations and other legal entities are not eligible for membership.

3.4 A member of IQOS CLUB may not have multiple memberships. You must maintain only one account in the IQOS CLUB. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts to participate in the Program will be disqualified. PMFTC reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Program.

4. Registration

4.1 To register for IQOS CLUB, you must either:

(a)  purchase one IQOS device in any of our official channels (IQOS.com, IQOS Stores, IQOS Coaches) or through our other partners (Lazada, Shoppee) as described in section 4.2 (Device) and register said device in the IQOS database; or

(b) register at least one eligible Device in the IQOS database and make a successful purchase in any of our official channels (IQOS.com, IQOS Stores, IQOS Coaches).

You can register the Device: (i) at iqos.com and clicking ‘I Agree’ or a similar button to participate in the IQOS CLUB; (ii) by contacting IQOS Customer Care at Facebook.com/ph.iqos, contact.ph@iqos.com or at #983838; (iii) through an IQOS Coach; or (iv) at any of the official IQOS stores.

4.2 You are able to register the following Device models for purposes of your membership to IQOS CLUB:

(a) IQOS 2.4, IQOS 2.4+

(b) IQOS 3 MULTI

(c) IQOS 3, IQOS 3 DUO

(d) If applicable, any future IQOS Devices which qualify you for membership to IQOS CLUB.

4.3 Registration may take place at any time provided you are an adult user aged 18 years old and above of one of the above-mentioned Device models. In completing the registration process, you must provide all required mandatory information in an accurate and complete manner and keep this information up-to-date. If you do not complete the mandatory fields in the application form (such as, for example, age, smoker status, email address and/or phone number) your application will not proceed. If you provide inaccurate or incomplete information PMFTC reserves the right to terminate your membership of IQOS CLUB without notice.

4.4 Following the registration process for IQOS CLUB, you will be informed whether your registration is successful. Membership of IQOS CLUB and Benefits it provides are personal to you, and may not be transferred to any third party.

4.5 IQOS CLUB is only available in certain countries. Your use of IQOS CLUB is linked to your country of residence. If you change your country of residence, then your membership in that country automatically expires and you must inform us and reapply to use IQOS CLUB in your new country of residence (if IQOS CLUB is available in that country).

5. Benefits

5.1 As a result of your membership to IQOS CLUB and based on your Status Level, you will be entitled to the Benefits listed on the IQOS CLUB benefits page, see here [www.iqos.com/ph/en/loyalty/dashboard/status-overview.html].

5.2  You may receive Benefits through the collection of Status Points and reaching different Status Levels. The process for earning Status Points is described in section 7. The choice of Benefits you may receive, are subject to their availability.

5.3 Voucher Benefits can only be redeemed if you are verified user aged 18 years old and above. At least (1) purchase will be the indicator of age verification.

5.4 Specific terms and conditions for Voucher Benefits are stated in the Annex of the CLUB terms and conditions.

5.5 Only you may request Benefits based on your Status Level. Benefits may only be used by you unless the specific Benefit expressly provides for other persons to use it. 

5.6 Benefits must be used during the term of your Status Period (see definition in section 15), alternatively and if applicable, within the time period attached to the Benefit. Benefits not used within the given period shall expire. Failure to utilize a Benefit which is booked for a specific date or time will result in the Benefit being cancelled.

5.7 Some Benefits may be provided by our service partners (Service Partners). Benefits from Service Partners may be subject to the Service Partner’s terms and conditions. PMFTC will use reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of such Benefits, but will not be liable for any loss arising from the failure of a Service Partner to provide such Benefit except where such failure is caused by PMFTC. In such case, the liability of PMFTC shall be limited to the monetary value of the Benefit.

5.8 PMFTC reserves the right to: (i) discontinue relationships with Service Partners and access to such Benefits for any reason at any time; and (ii) to modify the Benefits at any time for any reason. Upon any such change PMFTC will notify you, for example through updates on the IQOS CLUB website.

6. Status Points and Monetary Vouchers

6.1 From time to time, PMFTC may offer monetary or discount vouchers for IQOS CLUB members. Such vouchers could be offered for actions such as Referring a Friend to IQOS. Other vouchers such as Service Partner vouchers will be subject to the terms and conditions as published with each voucher offer and, in the event of a conflict, take precedence over these Terms.

6.2 As a member of IQOS CLUB, you are able to earn Status points (Status Points) for activities with PMFTC and our Service Partners as described at: [www.iqos.com/ph/en/loyalty.html]. PMFTC may at its discretion change the rules for earning Status Points upon notice at any time.

6.3 Status Points have maximum caps depending on the earning action as prescribed at: [www.iqos.com/ph/en/loyalty.html]. The number of Status Points earned per activity may also depend on your Status Level. Below are the current Cap Limits of select offers:

  • HEETS™ Purchase: 45 points/ month
  • Device Linking*: 400 points/ month
  • Rating & Reviews: 400 points/ calendar year

*Regardless of which device model is linked.

6.4 Status Points can only be earned by you, and may not be transferred to another member or any third party.

6.5 Status Points are recorded by PMFTC in your membership account. Status Points are not redeemable.

6.6 In case of any dispute about entitlement to Status Points, PMFTC may require you to provide proof of performance of the action for which you claim Status Points. Claims must be received by PMFTC within six (6) months of the action.

6.7 Status Points may not be used with any other status or loyalty program.

6.8 Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions are independent of these Terms. Any change in mechanics of Refer a Friend program does not affect the points earned for IQOS Club earning actions as stated here, [insert www.iqos.com/ph/en/loyalty.html].

7. Status Level

7.1  IQOS CLUB has three Status levels: Silver, Gold, and Platinum (Status Level). Your Status level determines the Benefits that you are entitled to as a member of IQOS CLUB.

7.2 When you join IQOS CLUB you will automatically be given Silver status for your first Status Level Period.

7.3 The number of Status Points you earn in each Status Period determines your Status Level for the next Status Period. At the end of the first Status Period and every subsequent Status Period your Status Level is reviewed by PMFTC and will be updated according to the number of Status Points you have accumulated in the Status Period. The number of Status Points needed for each Status Level is described here [insert www.iqos.com/ph/en/loyalty.html]. PMFTC may at its discretion change the number of Status Points needed for each Status Level upon notice at any time.

7.4 For your first year joining IQOS Club, your first Status Period is from the date of your registration to the program until December 31 of the next calendar year. For example, if you join IQOS Club November 3, 2021, your first status period is from November 3, 2021 until December 31, 2022.

7.5 Status Points may only be counted once and only for one Status Period. At the end of each Status Period your Status Points returns to zero. Progression is from Silver to Gold, Gold to Platinum (and vice versa), depending on the number of Status Points accumulated in a Status Period.

8. Your Obligations 

You agree:

(a) not to misuse the IQOS CLUB program, including its Benefits;

(b)  not to obtain Status Points or Benefits by fraud;

(c) to treat our staff and those of our Service Partners with courtesy and respect;

(d) to keep your membership account, including its password, safe and secure;

(e) to comply with applicable law; and

(f) to comply with these Terms.

9. Data Privacy/Communications

9.1 PMFTC will receive, store, and otherwise process your personal information in connection with administering the IQOS CLUB and your participation in it. To learn how we will use your personal information collected in connection with your IQOS CLUB account, read the Philip Morris Privacy Notice at https://www.pmi.com/privacy-notice. For the full Benefits of IQOS CLUB you will receive communications from IQOS CLUB regarding the program.

10. Term and Termination

10.1 You may terminate your membership of IQOS CLUB at any time with immediate effect by notifying IQOS Customer Care at Facebook.com/ph.iqos, contact.ph@iqos.com or at #983838

10.2 PMFTC may terminate your membership with IQOS CLUB at any time with immediate effect if you breach these Terms. PMFTC may also terminate your membership for any reason upon 30 days notice.

10.3 Upon termination or expiration of your membership you are no longer entitled to receive any of the Benefits of IQOS CLUB, and any unused vouchers and Benefits are cancelled automatically within the four week period referred to in section 10.1.

11.  Warranty/Representation/Limitation of Liability

11.1 As your membership of IQOS CLUB is free of charge, it is provided ‘As Is’ and without any warranty.

11.2 PMFTC makes no representations as to any income, use, excise or other tax liability you may incur as a result of your membership of IQOS CLUB. You are advised to check with your accountant or tax adviser for further information, and are solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of your membership of IQOS CLUB, redemption of vouchers, or receipt of  Benefits.

11.3  PMFTC shall not be liable to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law whether in tort (including for negligence or breach of statutory duty), contract, misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise for any direct losses, loss of profits, sales, revenues or savings, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses or loss or corruption of data or information, or pure economic loss, or for any special, indirect or consequential loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses however arising or otherwise resulting from your membership of IQOS CLUB or your use of any of the Benefits related to the IQOS CLUB. PMFTC shall not be liable for any of the losses described in this section 11.3 even if you have informed Philip Morris of the possibility of such losses.

11.4 Nothing in this section 11 excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12. Ownership and Risk

12.1   Ownership of Status Points and Benefits remains with PMFTC at all times and never passes to you. You have a right to use Benefits in accordance with these Terms.

12.2 Risk in Benefits and vouchers passes to you as soon as you redeem a Benefit or make use of a voucher.

13. Non-Transferability

13.1 Other than as specifically notified by PMFTC for a particular Benefit in writing, Status Points, vouchers and Benefits are not redeemable for cash, refundable or exchangeable. At no time may Status Points, vouchers and Benefits be purchased by, sold to, bartered or otherwise transferred to any third party including any other member unless specifically authorized to do so. PMFTC may cancel any Status Points, vouchers and Benefits dealt with in this way.

13.2 Any attempted sale or transfer of Status Points, vouchers or Benefits contrary to these Terms is a material breach and will automatically result in the termination of your membership.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 IQOS CLUB is currently provided free of charge but PMFTC reserves the right to charge for membership in the future.

14.3 PMFTC reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the eligibility of you or any person who uses, or, in the case of suspension, is suspected of using, IQOS CLUB in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or applicable law. In addition to suspension or discontinuance of IQOS CLUB eligibility, Philip Morris shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.

14.4 PMFTC’s failure to enforce these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of these Terms, or any of its provision.

14.5 Accumulation of Status Points, vouchers and Benefits is determined by PMFTC in its sole discretion.

14.6 Upon the death of any member, any Status Points, vouchers and Benefits accumulated by that member are automatically cancelled.

14.7 All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the IQOS CLUB, the availability of Benefits, or your compliance with these Terms will be resolved by PMFTC in its sole discretion. The decision of PMFTC shall be binding.

14.8 PMFTC is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by you while participating in IQOS CLUB, nor for any lost or misdirected communications to or from you regarding the IQOS CLUB. 

14.9 You are responsible for maintaining updated contact information on your IQOS CLUB account.

14.10 Notices by PMFTC hereunder may be made in writing including by email or through an announcement on our website.

14.11 These Terms are subject to the laws of the registered office of PMFTC. Any legal dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the city in which Philip Morris has its registered office.

14.12 Any provision of these Terms declared void or unenforceable by any competent authority or court shall, to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, be deemed severable and shall not affect the other provisions remaining which shall continue unaffected.

14.13 If there is any conflict in meaning between the English language version of these Terms and any version or translation of these Terms in any other language, the English language version shall prevail.

15. Definitions

15.1 For the purpose of these Terms:

Active Member

Has the meaning described in paragraph 10.1.

Benefits

Means the benefits of IQOS CLUB from time to time as references in paragraph 5. .

Device

Means an eligible IQOS device under warranty for the device models listed in paragraph 4.2.

IQOS CLUB

Has the meaning described in paragraph 1.1.

PMFTC

Has the meaning described in paragraph 2.1.

Status Points

Has the meaning described in paragraph7.3.

Service Partners

Has the meaning described in paragraph 5.5.

Status Level

Means either Silver, Gold or Platinum

Terms

Has the meaning described in paragraph 2.1.

Status Period

means any calendar year from 1 January to 31 December during which you are a member of IQOS CLUB provided that for your first year of membership this period is extended until the end of the following calendar year.

1. General

2. Anniversary Benefit

2.1 On the first year anniversary of your oldest device based on registration date, the members will receive:

(a) Silver: 100 Points

(b) Gold: 150 Points

(c) Platinum: Php 1,000 IQOS Voucher

2.2 This benefit can only be redeemed one time the entire duration of your membership. 

2.3 For Platinum Members, you will receive an email and SMS with the Php 1,000 IQOS Voucher. Note that only Members who have opted-in to receiving marketing communications via e-mail/SMS will be able to receive communication materials pertaining to the benefit.

2.4 IQOS Voucher sent as part of the Anniversary are redeemable until the end of the calendar year. (e.g. You celebrated your first year anniversary October 2022, your voucher is redeemable until December 2022.) For Members with anniversaries on December, voucher is redeemable until December of the next calendar year. (e.g. You upgraded December 2022, your voucher is redeemable until December 2023.)

3. Birthday Benefit

3.1 In your birth month, you can receive one of the following items at random from the Birthday Catalogue (contents of which differ per tier, as stated below)

(a) Silver: Php 300 IQOS Voucher or IQOS Accessory Voucher

(b) Gold: Php 500 IQOS Voucher or IQOS Accessory Voucher

(c) Platinum: Php 750 IQOS Voucher or IQOS Accessory Voucher

3.2 On top of your item from the Birthday Catalogue, on your birth date you will also receive Status points (points differ per tier, as stated below)

(a) Silver: 50 points

(b) Gold: 75 points

(c) Platinum: 100 points

3.3 This benefit can only be redeemed once a year.

3.4 On the start of their birthday month, Members will receive an email providing for the complete promo mechanics (“Main Email”). The Member must then click on  “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” button on the email. Member will be redirected to a landing page containing the details of the item they received. Member will receive a second email containing the voucher to be used. Note that only Members who have opted-in to receiving marketing communications via e-mail will be able to receive emails pertaining to the promotion.

3.5 IQOS Vouchers sent as part of the Birthday Benefit are redeemable up until the 15th of the month after your birth month. (e.g. Your birth month is April, the voucher can be used until May 15 of the same year)

4. Status Upgrade Benefit

4.1 Upon moving up tiers, you will receive an IQOS voucher in your registered email and/or registered mobile no. through SMS:

(a) Moving up to Gold: You will receive a Php 500 IQOS Voucher

(b) Moving up to Platinum: You will receive a Php 1,000 IQOS Voucher

4.2 You will only receive one (1) unique voucher each status tier upgrade.

4.3 IQOS Voucher sent as part of the Status Upgrade Benefit are redeemable until the end of the calendar year. (e.g. You upgraded October 2022, your voucher is redeemable until December 2022.) For Members who upgrade on December, voucher is redeemable until December of the next calendar year. (e.g. You upgraded December 2022, your voucher is redeemable until December 2023.)

5. Trade-in Benefit

5.1 Members with linked, complete, and genuine IQOS devices may trade-in their current device for an IQOS ORIGINALS DUO or  IQOS 3.0 DUO Kit (subject to availability) at a special price (SRP), differentiated by IQOS CLUB Tier

For Silver Members:

a) If functioning* device                                 Php 2,000.00

b) If non-functioning device                          Php 2,500.00

For Gold Members:

a) If functioning* device                                 Php 1,500.00

b) If non-functioning device                          Php 2,000.00

For Platinum Members:

a) If functioning* device                                 Php 1,000.00

b) If non-functioning device                          Php 1,500.00

 

*A device is functioning if:

IQOS 2.4 or IQOS 2.4 Plus

·    No red light on both pocket charger and the holder

·    No broken blade

·    Both pocket charger and holder can be charged

·    Holder has no missing cap

Even if:

·   Pocket charger has loose latch

·   Holder has loose cap

·   Device has cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, paint peel, etc.

IQOS 3 Multi

·    No red light on the device

·    No broken blade

·    Device can be charged

Even if:

·   Device has loose lid

·   Device has loose cap

·   Device has cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, paint peel, etc.

IQOS 3.0 or IQOS 3.0 Duo

·    No red light on both pocket charger and the holder

·    No broken blade

·    Both pocket charger and holder can be charged

·    Holder has no missing cap

Even if:

·   Pocket charger has loose or missing door

·   Holder has loose cap

·   Device has cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, paint peel, etc.

 

If the device to be surrendered for trade-in does not meet the criteria above, the device is considered non-functioning.

5.2 Only the following IQOS devices that comply with all the following conditions are eligible for a trade-in:

a) Linked to IQOS CLUB Member’s IQOS.com account

b) Complete (both holder and charger will be traded-in)

c)  Genuine and not counterfeit 

IQOS ORIGINALS Duo kits are NOT eligible for trade-in.

5.3 A Member is entitled to only one device trade-in/upgrade per year, subject to the conditions in Section 5.2. If Customer has already availed of trade-in through IQOS.com, he/she will not be eligible for trade-in in any IQOS Official Stores and vice versa.

For IQOS.com:

5.4 Upon start date of the benefit, Members will receive an email providing for the complete Offer mechanics and the promo codes for use upon check-out of IQOS ORIGINALS DUO or IQOS 3.0 DUO Kit.

For Silver Members:

a) If functioning* device                                 TRADEIN-FS-2023

b) If non-functioning device                          TRADEIN-NFS-2023

For Gold Members:

a) If functioning* device                                 TRADEIN-FG-2023

b) If non-functioning device                          TRADEIN-NFG-2023

For Platinum Members:

a) If functioning* device                     TRADEIN-FP-2023

b) If non-functioning device              TRADEIN-NFP-2023

 

Only one promo code can be used per Customer.

5.5 The IQOS ORIGINALS DUO or IQOS 3.0 DUO Kit will be delivered by  courier to the Member’s address registered in his/her account in IQOS.com. The courier shall conduct the following upon delivery:

a)  Verify the identity and age of the Customer (through a valid Government Issued ID);

b) Verify if the Member’s existing IQOS device is eligible for the trade-in:

(i.) Linked to Memberr’s IQOS account (Customer must prepare and show My Devices page under IQOS.com)

(ii.) Complete (both holder and charger will be traded-in)

(iii.) Genuine and not counterfeit

c) Verify if the Member’s IQOS device functionality matches the applied discount upon check-out as stated in Section 5.1

5.6 If Member meets all the above requirements (as stipulated in  5.2), the Member shall surrender the verified IQOS device (both holder and charger of same version) to the courier.

The courier will then issue the new IQOS ORIGINALS DUO or IQOS 3.0 DUO kit to the Member.

5.7  For trade-in transactions via IQOS.com, in cases where Member cannot accept the delivery, an authorized representative who is at least 18 years old and above can claim on behalf of the Member provided the following documents are presented to the courier:​

a) Valid government issued ID of representative for identity check and age verification​

b) Copy of a valid government issued ID of Member for identity check and age verification​

c) Signed authorization letter stating that the Member is authorizing the representative to receive the IQOS ORIGINALS DUO or IQOS Duo Kit and order reference number. The authorization letter will be surrendered to the courier.​

d) The device for trade-in

e) The courier will not be able to deliver the Member’s IQOS ORIGINALS DUO or IQOS Duo Kit if any of the above-required documents are not presented.​​

5.8 Prior the transaction, the IQOS Sales Expert shall conduct the following:

a) Verify the identity and age of the Member (through a valid Government Issued ID);

b) Verify if customer is an eligible IQOS CLUB Member as defined in 4.1

c Verify if the Customer’s existing IQOS device is eligible for the trade-in:

(i.) Linked to Customer’s IQOS account (Sales expert will check Customer’s account)

(ii.) Complete (both holder and charger will be traded-in)

(iii.) Genuine and not counterfeit

IQOS ORIGINALS Duo kits are NOT eligible for trade-in. 

d) Verify that transaction is Customer’s first time to participate in the Offer.

5.9 If Member meets all the above requirements (as stipulated in 5.8), the Member shall surrender the verified IQOS device (both holder and charger of same version) to the IQOS Sales Expert.

The IQOS Sales Expert will then issue the new IQOS ORIGINALS DUO or IQOS 3.0 DUO kit by using applicable generic promo code [based on a) Member’s active tier upon redemption and b) functionality of device for trade-in] in Member’s transaction to reflect the discount. 

For all trade-in transactions:

5.10 Members who fail to meet any of the above requirements (as provided in either 5.1 and 5.2) shall be informed that they are not eligible to participate in the Benefit and/or qualify for the trade-in.

5.11 Upon completion of the successful trade-in transaction as confirmed by the courier or IQOS Sales Expert, the new device will be linked to the Member’s IQOS account in IQOS.com. The device surrendered for trade in as part of the Benefit will also be delinked from the Member’s IQOS account.

5.12 PMFTC and/or AAI reserves the right to verify the Member’s and his/her IQOS device eligibility in the Benefit and disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Benefit.

6. General IQOS Voucher Terms & Usage

6.1 The applicable IQOS Voucher (Anniversary Benefit / Birthday Benefit/ Status Upgrade Benefit/Trade-in Benefit/ Special Offers) will be sent to Member’s registered email and/or mobile number. Members cannot request for their voucher to be exchanged with a different type of voucher.

6.2 Unless stated otherwise from above clauses specific per Offer (Benefits Section 1 to 7); Members can use the IQOS Voucher in any of the following points-of-sale:

  • Official IQOS Stores
  • IQOS.com (online store)

6.3 Usage of the IQOS Voucher: For IQOS.com transactions, Members must input the IQOS Voucher in the promo section of the check-out page in IQOS.com.  For IQOS Official Stores, Member must provide the IQOS Voucher to IQOS Sales Experts or IQOS Coaches for use upon check-out.

6.4 The IQOS Voucher cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions or vouchers.

6.5 Upon usage of the IQOS Voucher, the Member will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before items can be purchased and/or delivered to the Member. The following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age:  Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

6.6 The IQOS.com website may be subject to possible technical and system issues. We will provide the necessary notice to the Members if such is the case.

6.7  For orders using the IQOS Voucher that lead to failed transactions (e.g. order cancellation, failed payment, failed delivery, etc), Members may request for a one-time replacement voucher (corresponding to the benefit)  from IQOS Member Care, subject to the following:

(a) Review of the failed transaction (e.g. accidental order cancellation, unavailability of the Member during delivery, etc)

(b) Member’s eligibility and compliance with the requirements

68.8 If still eligible, IQOS Customer Care will send the replacement code to the Member’s nominated email address as reflected in IQOS.com.  It is the responsibility of the Member to update his/her personal details in their IQOS.com account to ensure timely receipt of the replacement code.  PMFTC shall not be liable for any failure of a Member to redeem or use the code and will not refund the code due to non-receipt by the Member of the replacement code, if sent to his/her registered email address.

7. OTHERS

7.1 Orders made via IQOS.com using the IQOS Vouchers issued under the IQOS Club Loyalty Program also follows the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, found [www.iqos.com/ph/en/terms-and-conditions.html]

7.2 All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.

7.3 You agree and confirm the following:

(a) that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Benefit;

(b) that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;

(c) that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Benefit;

(d) that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Benefit from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.

7.4 Devices bought by Members using IQOS Store e-vouchers, special offers or through promotional activities are non-refundable.

7.5 PMFTC will not be liable to the Member for any taxes, costs, liabilities or expenses that may arise from the IQOS Club Loyalty Program and its Benefits.
